These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Her Kind of Healing. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Bookings & Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance through my website booking system.

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Accepted payment methods include debit/credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (depending on availability).
Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are also non-refundable.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund.
Session Information

All Reiki sessions are provided remotely (distance healing) unless stated otherwise.

You are responsible for finding a quiet, comfortable space for your session.

Reiki is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical or psychological treatment. Always seek medical advice from a qualified professional for health concerns.
