

My Story
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about the spiritual side of life, but for years, I kept it tucked away while I focused on work, family, and just getting through the day-to-day.
Everything shifted after I experienced a major loss in my life. That period cracked me open and made me realise I couldn’t keep ignoring the part of me that was searching for something deeper.
When I discovered Reiki, it wasn’t just a practice, it became a turning point. Each session gave me a greater sense of clarity, presence, and connection to myself. What started as something I explored for my own healing has grown into something I now feel deeply called to share with others.
My Approach
I believe that healing should feel accessible, supportive, and real. My style is down-to-earth and compassionate, I don’t believe in quick fixes or pretending everything is perfect. Instead, I create a safe, calm space where you can release, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
All of my sessions are carried out at a distance, which means you can relax in your own home while I focus on the flow of energy. Every experience is unique, but many people notice a deep sense of calm, clarity, or renewed energy afterwards.
My role isn’t to “fix” you, it’s to support your own natural ability to find balance. Healing looks different for everyone, and my approach honours that.
